I'm just wondering if anyone has a good Offense vs a Box in One or even a Diamond in One. It's would be very helpful. Thanks!!

Against box I would choose one of the guards and dribble toward him forcing him to engage. Replacement cut to open gap by another player with one on wing at strict 45 degree angle to hoop with someone at just above low block posting up/screening. Have the person being guarded by man on weak side. You should force one of the defensive forwards to choose between 3 offensive players at elbow, low post, and wing. Good ball movement can go high to low, inside out and to the superstar who can now catch ball on move while defense is in help position rather than focused on him. Just tweak for diamond. I also think man being guarded by "one" can be a lethal screener. If you can force defensive switches with solid shoulder to shoulder screens...this defense is dead in water.

· Simple and can create confusion on the part of the defense.
· Another effective tactic is having star player set screens for the other four players and then he seals the defender being screened and rolls to the hoop for the pass - an easy way for star player to get open
· Easy strategy is to put star player in either corner, running the baseline, always on the ball-side. This forces the defense to play what looks like a 2-3 zone. Now just use 2-3 zone offense
