Looking for some good rebounding drills. I have an undersized team and we need to be certain we hold the glass in the state tournament. Anyone have any drills to help?

Number rebounding I call it. Have 4 out, 2 wings, two corners. Have four defenders in a line starting at about the free throw line. They all have a number 1-4, with 1 being the top guy and so forth, although it doesn't really matter. The coach throws the ball to one of the offensive guys and says a number at the same time. Whichever number is called is person that must go take the shooter. The other 3 must go find a man. It really helps with finding a body to box out, and they can talk, and I even encourage them to physically PUSH each other to help with communication. Hope that helps

I just started my players boxing out during layup drills instead of just catching the ball as it falls thru the net. I stand near the block and they have to fight over me to get to the ball.
Stick two players at the baseline and two at at the elbow so it looks like a box. Throw a ball up to backboard and the two on the baseline have to box out the 2 on the elbow.
Take 6 or 8 players and form a circle between the basket and free throw line. On command have your players go counter-clockwise in a soft run. Throw up a ball hitting the backboard. One player must yell "shot" and players go for ball. This can be competative. I guarantee an over the back or a hack of some kind. Use the foul to your advantage and shoot free throws and box out.
I'm tired of watching players shooting a free throw and stepping back after the shot. I'm trying to convince my players to follow the 3 pointer now.
