This is still a work in progress. If you have any suggestions
please let us know. Here are a few quick tips: You can either draw
or animate your
simple basketball plays:
Instructions Video
To draw:
1. Drag players onto the court. Round are offense. Triangles are
defense.
2. Each line designates a different movement. The lines are
labeled. To use the curved line you create a series of dots on the
court. At the end of the curved line double click and the program
will draw your curved line.
3. If you mess up, drag the erroneous object to the recycle bin in
the lower left of the menu
4. Click "snapshot" when finished to create an image of your
drawing.
5. Click save and give the file a name. Give the play a unique name
or maybe put your initials first so you can find it.
To animate:
1. Drag players onto the court. Round are offense. Triangles are
defense.
2. Use the "add movement" bottom often. Use it every time a player
sets a screen or comes off a screen.
3. To erase drag the object you want to discard to recycle bin in
lower left of menu
4. Hit the play button to review your play
5. When finished save your play. Give the play a unique name or
maybe put your initials first so you can find it. 6. To email to a
friend click the "email link" button. Fill in your info and hit
send.
