"The degree really doesn't matter. D3 schools just generally prefer that the head coach has a masters, but your major can be anything you want it to be."

what degree do I need?

Hello fellow coaches, I need some advice. I have been coaching basketball for the past ten years ranging from grade school girls to what I'm currently coaching junior college men's basketball. I want to make the next step and go to division 3 more. Every job posting I've seen for a higher position they require a bachelors degree or higher. My question is in what field can I persue a degree that would better my chances in getting the position I want.
