Great article on ESPN.com about College Coaching Relationships. What do you guys think about the relationship factor in coaching? I tend to agree with this article that a lot of the up and coming guys are more about hustling and less about creating lasting relationships.

I always wondered what a Director of Basketball Operations actually does with a such a cool sound title. Bowling Green just posted their men's position and it is by far the most informative job description of the day to day activities of of a DBO I have seen.
