Hello Coach,I would like your professional opinion, I have been coaching high school girl’s varsity the pass 3yrs and I have 3 underclassmen that are being highly recruited. But recently, I was offered a volunteer position at a D3 school to be assistant women’s coach. My goal is to become a college coach, would it be a better move to college now or stay in high school until these players finish up?
