Networking and a little about who I am and why I am here

Hello My name is Marquetta Dickens as you see on my profile and I am here to network. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2007 and had the honor to be coached the game of basketball and life by the world's greatest person to me...Coach Kay Yow (my Earth Angel). During my career Coach Yow and Coach Glance talked to me about thinking of becoming a coach but I was not too interested. At that time I wanted to become a basketball agent, but the more I grow so does my mindset. I've always been the type to love to help others, and I wanted to help athletes get to the next level so I thought of being an agent. After the passing of coach my mentality changed because I saw all the people she touched by being a coach. I realized that I would be able to help many people as a coach. Way more than I could as an sports agent possibly. I also started my own business for youth called Git Hype LLC here in NC which is geared to helping youth reach their highest potential both on and off the playing field! I am only 23 yrs of age and I knw frightens some because all they see is youth, but I have much experience and knowledge when it comes to basketball, and young adults and I have great advice because I was given advice by the best! I'm just standing on faith and believing that God will send me the right oppourtunity at the right time!
