I have worked with students in many different levels of basketball, from High School to the Professional League in Germany.
I consider myself a straight forward, hard working and loyal coach. I enjoy the recruiting part of basketball and working with teams to improve individual skills and team defense.
My career has brought me to coach in Germany.
On a personal note, I am married and we have a 4 year old daughter.

Film Coordinator, Scouting: TBB Trier, Trier Germany, 1st division Bundesliga 2008-2009
Off court responsibilities: Weekly break down of film for upcoming teams, including offensive play breakdown, breakdown of defensive tactics, individual scouting, combining video for the team to review for scouting and film review using Pinnacle video software.

Head Assistant Men’s Basketball, TBB Trier, Trier Germany, 1st division Bundesliga 2007-2008
On court responsibilities: Game and practice management, Instituted defensive philosophy and style of play. Responsible for breakdown of opposing teams tactics.
Off court responsibilities: Coordination of practice schedule and times with arena, coordination of film and film sessions, and coordination of strength training and fitness.

Head Men’s Basketball Coach Chemnitz 99 2nd Bundesliga 2006-2007
On court responsibilities: Game management, practice planning, scouting teams, completing player/team profiles, individual skills, team skills, supervision and collaboration with assistant coaches on staff, strength training, instituting offensive and defensive style of play, establishing guidelines and expectations for team play, Scouting and film coordination.
Off court responsibilities: Working with sponsors, collaborating with management to obtain consistency and expectations among all team members, working collaboratively among agents to obtain and know players that are potential candidates for the team.
Record 5th place finish, 20 - 10; Reached final 16 of German cup, 1 of only two 2nd division teams to do so.

On court responsibilities: Game management, practice planning, individual and team workouts, recruitment of players, strength training, day to day basketball operations, travel logistics.

Co Head Coach Men’s Basketball, Yakima Valley Community College 1999-2005
On-court responsibilities: defensive coordinator instituted defensive philosophy and style of play.
Game and practice management.
Off-court responsibilities: coordination and supervision of player academics – setting up tutorial programs, player/professor conferences, academic counseling, class scheduling and monitoring of student athlete academic progress. Other duties included recruiting of student athletes, fund-raising, practice organization and travel logistics.
Regional Champions 2000-01, NWAACC Champions 2003. Co Coaches of the Year.

Coordinated all youth basketball programs for ages 12-19

I work at evergreen state college now as an academic specialist/counselor and ref ball. my wife still coaches at hcc and little arvin III is due oct. 13th! what else is going on??
