I've been on a "break" from coaching to gain more coaching knowledge and to get certified as a youth sports coach. Watching these kids grow as athletes and people is golden for me. What tips do you have for an aspiring young coach such as myself?

Its been a long time, I just checked my messages and was pleasantly surprised by the friend request. I am in my third year at the Community College that you helped me get employment with. It has been a hard 2 years. The first year was rough, we won three games. Last year we won 10 and this coming year, I think we can really do some damage in the league.
How is everything going? Are you still involved in helping college bound coaches?
