I shared with someone last week that the coaching profession is great not because of the amount of money you can make but the fact that everyday you work with your players you have the opportunity to touch their lives. Not a lot of jobs can say that they have that power but us as coaches have that ability which is very powerful and significant. So i say in the title that Great coaches are CALLED for the duty to change and impact players lives each day and train them to make good decisions, discipline, and hard work.  When you are called to do something you have a never ending passion that never dies!!! When you are called to do something everybody else around you believes in you no matter how many games you have won or lost. Lastly when you are called to do something effort is never a problem because you bring your best every single day. Make up your mind today if coaching is your Calling or if you just chose it.
