Job Description

The Department of Athletics at the Colorado School of Mines invites applications for the Head Women's Basketball Coach.

The Head Coach is responsible for the coordination of the women's basketball program. Coaching staff at Mines are also responsible for physical activity class instruction.

All applicants must demonstrate strong organizational, leadership and communication skills, and possess a working knowledge of regulatory rules pertaining to college basketball.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred, and successful experience as a women's basketball coachat a high school or collegiate level. Must have experience in prevention and care of athletic injuries. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to academic and athletic excellence in a collegiate environment.

Applicants must hold (and maintain) curent CPR/AED an First Aid Certification. Must be eligible to drive departmental vehicles and obtain CDL licensing.
