* Responsibilities: Teaches proper technique and skill development in basketball. Candidates should have a complete and thorough understanding of the sport and be able to instruct studentathletes in small group and one-on-one settings.

* Requires the ability to recruit potential student-athletes. The assistant basketball coach will be required to recruit off campus and be involved in on-campus visits. * Perform all pre-camp duties. Order t-shirts, trophies, handle all paperwork, both before and after camp. Perform most of the daily duties of running the camp so that it is a great experience for the campers. * Ensure all transportation, lodging, and meals are handled and run smoothly. * Place all games in Synergy as required by the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Ensure copies of each game are made by request from opponents or officials. * Could include other duties such as event management, assisting with fundraising efforts and representing the athletic department at various functions.

 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years of coaching or playing experience is required.
