The Assistant Coach of Men’s Basketball assists in all aspects of the intercollegiate Men’s Basketball team including coaching, practice and game preparation, recruiting, team travel, video management and editing, scouting of opponents, program administration and budgeting. Additional responsibilities may include administrative duties as assigned at the discretion of the Director of Athletics.

Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching men’s basketball is required. At least one year coaching at the secondary or post secondary level or one year experience working in a competitive collegiate environment is required. Successful recruiting to a highly selective institution is preferable.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree (Physical Education or related field) preferred OR a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the post secondary level and/or professional competitive experience.
