Tennessee Tech University is a Division I member of the Ohio Valley Conference.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists the head coach with all aspects of the women’s basketball program including practices and conditioning, player development, recruiting, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Performs other duties as assigned.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include the accumulation of two vacation days per month and one sick leave day per month, and thirteen (13) University holidays. Other benefits include medical and life insurance (shared cost with the university), retirement, optional 401k, and educational benefits.
