Under the general direction of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Men’s Basketball program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, and recruiting. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, the assistant will work to complement this process.
