1st Assistant Qualifications (11849):

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Evidence of sound organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to interact effectively with student-athletes, colleagues, and the public.
-Four (4) years of collegiate playing experience, or combination of professional and collegiate playing experience totaling 4 years.
-Four (4) years of collegiate coaching experience with at least two (2) years full-time coaching experience in Division I.
-Off-campus recruiting experience at the Division I level.
-Master’s Degree preferred.

2nd and 3rd Assistant Qualifications (11848):

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Evidence of sound organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to interact effectively with student-athletes, colleagues, and the public.
-Four (4) years of collegiate playing experience, or combination of professional and collegiate playing experience totaling 4 years.
-Two (2) years of collegiate coaching experience, or combination of coaching and basketball operations experience at the collegiate level.
-Division I coaching experience is preferred.

Final candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship.
