Director of Basketball Operations for Women’s Basketball
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Basketball Operations for Women’s Basketball.
The candidate would be expected to: assist the Head Coach in all areas of the operations of women’s basketball, video, technology, and administration; Direct supervision of team managers and practice players, weekly student-athlete academic and well-being check-in meetings, oversee study hall, attendance at all practices, assist in on-campus recruiting, and team apparel.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Valid Automobile Driver’s License in your state of principal residence
Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must have an understanding of the University’s concern for academics as well as athletic excellence
Required Years of Experience:
Basketball coaching, playing, or managerial experience at the collegiate level. Video technology experience and an understanding of Synergy and ARMS software.
