The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) is accepting applications for the position of Director of Men’s Basketball Operations (R97531).
Director of Men’s Basketball Operations is a twelve month position and will be responsible for successful execution in planning, developing and administering all phrases of the men’s basketball operations program. All duties and responsibilities are governed by state, federal and university policy.
UA Little Rock is a NCAA Division I school and a member of the Sun Belt Conference. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: monitor academic progress of at risk student athletes, coordinate team travel, process uniform and equipment orders, assist in budget preparation, arrange film exchange, supervise study hall and perform classroom checks, oversee student managers, direct community outreach efforts and manage calendar for head coach and team. Candidates must have an understanding and working knowledge of Knowledge of NCAA, Sun Belt Conference and University rules-Knowledge; ability to work nights and weekends with extensive travel. This is a twelve-moth position with a salary that is competitive and commensurate with experience. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and intercollegiate/professional coaching or participating experince.
