The University of Iowa Athletics Department seeks applications for a Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $43,000 – $50,000, and includes full University benefits. The University of Iowa is an NCAA Division I Power Five institution and a member of the Big Ten Conference. The Department of Athletics manages 21 varsity sports programs and operates under a “Win. Responsibilities: The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is responsible for providing oversight of women’s basketball day-to-day administrative operations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee women’s basketball office operations, budget and financial management; coordinate all aspects of team travel; schedule practice facilities home/away; assist recruiting coordinator with arranging recruit visits; coordinate camps, annual golf outing and coaches’ clinics; coordinate team meals; liaison with sports marketing, HawkVision, event management and ticket operations; assist with budget development and equipment/apparel orders; other duties as assigned.

Note to Candidate: This position requires frequent travel, work in the evenings, on weekends and holidays. Candidates must upload a cover letter and resume.
