Hiram College invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the recruitment, retention, and day to day operations of the Hiram College Women’s Basketball Program. Hiram College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.

The Graduate Assistant Women’s Basketball position is a 10-month position which reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics. The graduate assistant is responsible for: assisting with on-court coaching and with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, possibly supervising student coaches or managers, supporting the strength and conditioning program, representing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with NCAC, NCAA and institutional rules and regulations. Other administrative duties in the athletic department may be assigned, such as support of event management for other sports when not in the traditional competitive season for the women’s basketball program.
