Green Zone Offense Play

Green is a good continuous zone offense play. The play uses a 3 out 2 in set. When the  ball goes from the top to either the wing, the point player switches with the wing opposite the ball. The 4 and 5 also move to the high and low posts. When the ball is swung to the opposite wing, the 4 and 5 switch as the move to the ball side. This way, the outside players are always switching places in constant motion, and the 4 and 5 keep moving inside to get open. When the defense is stretched or leaves an opening, the ball can be passed inside or an outside player can penetrate to create shots.
