Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required). Previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body, faculty and staff, effective problem solving skills and personal initiative. Must meet university lifestyle expectations.
