The individual selected is responsible for the operation and management of the women’s basketball program including but not limited to: scheduling, budgeting, recruiting, practice, game preparations, and supporting other athletic department activities. The individual will assume responsibility for: team performance (on the court and in the classroom); the welfare of student-athletes; and will actively promote Miner Athletics as an integral part of the University and as a partner with the broader community.
