The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operation of the recruiting office, as instructed by the coaching staff. This position will also plan and coordinate Community Relations and work with different areas in the community and create volunteer opportunities for the student-athletes. This person will oversee all aspects of recruiting within the sport program. This includes planning and coordinating recruiting visits, coordinating the recruiting database and mailing system. This position will travel with the team and assist with all logistics as it relates to travel and coordinate team video needs.

Bachelor’s degree required. Also required, one year of experience in a collegiate sport specific program (to include scheduling, planning, recruiting, or program management). Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with the university’s vehicle use policy.
