Required Qualifications
Required Education | Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. |

Required Work Experience | Five years of effective coaching and recruiting at the collegiate or major high school level. Must exhibit sound leadership qualities with clear and effective communication skills both orally and written. Must have experience in recruiting, player development, and roster management. Applicable experience in fundraising or budget management, preferably both. |
