JOB TYPE: Full-time, Fixed Term (10 month appointment)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction, supervision, and administration of the NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program. Teaching Classes or other duties assigned by the Athletic Director. All applicants must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States at the time of an offer of employment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of two (2) years coaching collegiate basketball experience required.
Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of NCAA coaching collegiate women’s basketball experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage, direct, and supervise a NCAA Division II women’s basketball program.
Teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
The applicant should demonstrate a knowledge of and interest in diverse cultures and populations.
