Post up man to man set that starts in a 5 out set. Your best post player will slide in the post, after feeding them the ball there is a series of back screens and cutters. Big will have to be aware of the ref starting to count. May need to utilize their dribble if the first or second cutter are not available. Watch the animation for clarification.
