Every coach seems to love the idea of having some sort of Princeton Offense play in their playbook. I think it makes them feel smart. I know it made me feel smarter than I am. Regardless, this is a quality Princeton Offense set with all of the fun misdirection, player movement, back doors and a ball screen. It starts in the traditional Princeton Offense set with all the players above the free throw line extended and in a two guard set. The set has multiple opportunities to score by catching defenders sleeping. Teaching your players to properly space the floor and keep their defender occupied will make this play even more effective. Having some knockdown shooters like the Princeton team would also help. Take a look at the animation and let us know what you think.
