The Video Coordinator is responsible for a wide-range of duties related to the organization, implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the team video and game analysis for both internal team development and external scouting purposes.

1. Coordinate all responsibilities for film and video for the sport program, to include videotaping all practice and game footage, editing, duplicating, and creating highlight and promotional materials. Prepare video analysis of practice, opponents, and game film for study, development and scouting purposes.

Organize the exchange of video with opponents and conference office. Manage game day video operations with opponents. Liaison to the Mid-American Conference on matters related to team video exchange.

2. Manage inventory or video equipment, tapes, and peripheral equipment and supplies.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of video equipment and software for on and off-site athletic events. Research and assess new video graphic methods and technology, and make recommendations for new equipment and process enhancements, as appropriate.

3. Collaborate with the Athletics external staff on the development and execution of the sport program’s videos and content in support of the brand standards. Assist in managing the sport program’s social media accounts with responsibilities that include creating graphics and capturing content.

4. Assist with the planning and scheduling of practice and workouts.

5. Assist coaching staff with recruiting visits and summer camps. Other duties as assigned by the head coach and designated assistant coaching staff.

Bachelor’s degree required. At least one year of related work experience.
