- The 4 and 5 set a double screen for the point guard. The PG goes to the wing, 2 comes of a dribble hand off with the 1.
- 4 and 5 then set a double screen for the 3 on their way to the paint to set another double for the 1 cutting across the baseline. Not sure the double screen for the 3 on the wing is entirely necessary but that is up to you.
