Basic slides of a 1-3-1 quarter court trapping zone defense. This is a good defense to use out of a timeout or to just keep your opponent on their toes on offense. I always liked to use it out of timeouts or after running a two guard top zone defense for a while. You can also establish different calls to only trap the corners or trap the first pass or trap everything as a way to keep the offense guessing. Consider putting a player with some length on the top to make reversing the ball more difficult.
