Really good four player passing and cutting drill that focuses on conditioning, communication, and playing through chaos. Great way to get players to think backdoor and/or give and go.

LOVE THE DRILL- only adjustment would have the player cutting to TOK WAIT until crosscourt pass is in flight so FLASH is timed rather than STANDING THERE waiting for pass . GREAT DRILL
