Free Throw Shooting Drill with Conditioning and Pressure

Interesting drill and unique take on free throw shooting.  The drill incorporates conditioning, pressure and free throws into a one minute drill.  The player dribbles the length of the court and shoots a pull-up jumper from a spot assigned by the coach.  If the player makes the pull-up they are awarded one point and get to shoot a free throw for 2 points.  They then switch ends of the court and do it over again.  Coaches can change pull-up spots, duration of the free throw drill to their liking.  Good free throw shooting drill to add to your repertoire.
