Individual Shooting Workout

Really nice shooting workout for guards with several progressive drills and a mix of running as a “consequence” to add some pressure.  Could be done with a rebounder, which is probably ideal, or individually by having the player spin the ball to themselves.  The video uses a handful of orange cones but you could probably substitute some folding chairs if you do not have cones.
